Where oh where did my Natalie go? I am now working with a Michelle and she makes my job so hard. When I need to order, I feel like I just been to the dentist and got my teeth pulled. She cant answer any of my questions and always has to call me back after speaking with Larry. The call back is always days later. The manager Cindy will call and two words describes her RUDE and STUPID! I used to love calling Steel Guard and Nat was super fast and fun to speak with. Now, calling is such a bother. Can anyone recommend a company who knows what they are doing? I need to order welding curtains.
