Review content:
I went for my dental appointment on Sat. Jan. 4th as per the reminders I was getting by email for two weeks. When I got to my appointed time the dentist was not there. She changed her hours a week ago. So the office had notice that the dentist was not going to be in the office, yet they let these reminders go out to the patients. The girl at the desk told me that she has no control over this. We went to the dentist office because of the reminders. the dentists are on one schedule and do as they please and those sending out the reminders do as they please. Which makes no sense at all. I took off from work to keep my appointment because of the reminders. They told me someone called my home to inform me of the change. No One called and spoke to me nor left me a voice mail to inform me of the change in appointment. This is a lack of communication and incompetent staff. Brenda Neuman
