Rip-off!!!. Stay away from this shop. Had my transmission rebuilt at this location and after only 8 months the rebuilt completely failed. I took it back for warranty work and was in their shop for 19 days. I had to rent a car and pay out of pocket during that time. Think about that cost when they explain their warranty work!
Here" a summary of my experience:
Shop manager does a good job of bringing you in and assuring you will get good deal. the tester, who will test drive your car and say that he cant determine what is the problem is...he will recommend that your car needs to go on the rack...you ll hand them your keys for the free inspection. The next day you ll get a call ... guess what... your car needs a rebuilt.
BTW... the only way they can determine whats actually wrong with your transmission is if they take it off your car and take it apart at that time you have no choice but to have them rebuild it.
While I was in the waiting area waiting to drop my keys for warranty work I spoke to the guy sitting next to me...it seems we both had the exact same experience. He was also turning his car for a failed rebuilt.
Help stop shaddy shops...report fraud!!!
