honestly this hotel was great. The people were great and the hotels were decorated very cute. It was our first experience here in Alaska. I really didn't have any complaints about the experience here. I do however have to say there were bed bugs in the room we stayed in my husband and I both got eaten up pretty badly. This was the only place we could stay until i got paid since it was already paid up. The gentleman at the front was rather kind. He quickly moved us to another room to ensure we were comfortable. Unfortunately it was not a fix we found more bites then. On another note, I would get rid of the bugs and this place would have a five.
