I was very disappointed last week when I brought my Entourage in for an oil change and a recall service to be advised the part was not in stock - even though I called two days in advance of the appointment to ask if the recall could be taken care of simultaneously. The service folks should have checked with the parts folks to make sure the required part was in stock and let me know either in advance or when I dropped the car off the recall part was not available.
