We took our kitten there about 10 pm on Nov 29 2007. He had been attacked by a dog and shaken severely. There was no external bleeding but he was limping on his left hind leg. \r \r By 11 pm they had xrayed him and found that his back leg was broken at the hip and would most likely need to be amputated. We left him there over night so they could watch his vitals. We were concerned about internal organ damage. When I picked him up at 7:30 am, I was assisted by Janna a vet tech who was WONDERFUL! She discharged him to our family though he had never been there because he was a stray we rescued. She talked with me at length about our options for him and gave me kleenex when I cried. When we left, she carried him to the car. It was after 8 am, their closing time. She was wonderful and I was very pleased with the vet, Joy Hudson DVM.\r \r Prices there are higher - about double on an xray - we had a $337 bill that night, but they are open 5 pm to 8 am M-F and weekends for emergencies.
