Fantastic driving school! For those in Bronx & Manhattan, take lessons with the BRONX office. Customer service was excellent and very accommodating - tried to schedule through the main number (steinway office) & was told more than 3x nothing available. Called the Bronx office & they were happy to fit me in. I am a 42 year old very nervous driver who had NEVER driven in my life. Arturo - the best Ferrari instructor- was awesome! He helped me become calm and comfortable on the road. He is very patient, not aggressive, and was not stepping on the brake for me every two minutes, like some other instructors. If you are a first time, nervous or older driver, TAKE LESSONS WITH ARTURO. I passed on the first try with an 85, thanks to him. Remember, call the Bronx office directly. The boss there, Jay, will work with your schedule, and is very professional, unlike some of Ferrari's other customer service reps. Ferrari's prices are slightly higher, but trust me, they are worth it. Tried three other schools and they were all terrible! One only took cash - weird! The other one, the instructor was talking and texting the entire time I drove- scary! The other one was too aggressive, stepping on the brake for me the whole time, and barely spoke english! Trust Ferrari and you will not regret it!
