For those of you who haven't seen the Chapelle spoof of Kinkos (Popcopy), I'll just go ahead and tell you that Kinko's has the worst service in the world.
When I have a big job, I make the drive ot Broken Arrow to Royal Printing. It's locally owned, and the owner and his wife actually work in the store. They're ALWAYS helpful, and can work with me if I have a rush job.
Plus, they're easily 20% less or more thank Kinko's. Can't beat that!
