We rented a Limo for my daughters 16th Birthday, early in Dec 2013, to go from PA to NYC, for a day in NYC. The 14 passenger Limo picked them up, and drove into NYC, the Limo must have stalled about 40 times while going into the City, stalled several times in the Lincoln Tunnel, scaring the passengers, every time the car stalled and was restarted the entire Limo went dark. After they were dropped off in NYC, the driver went back to PA and swapped Limos to an older Limo, all the controls for light, windows, radios, were duct taped into place, the sunroof did not work and the temperature control was stuck in high heat causing us to drive 90 miles with the windows cracked open. Due to the route the driver took we were in several hours worth of traffic, we ended up being charged for 5 hours of overtime. Once we contacted the owner and the receptionist, who has to be one of the rudest and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They did not even want to work with me and rectify this fiasco. Soon as we hung up the phone and not working with us, they charged my card immediately, probably charged my card before we hung up. I would not even give them 1 star but that is the lowest you can go. Stay away from this company, I know I will and every one I know will also.
