Had three Experiences with Keith Mc Neil :
1. Water Heater was down, called their office, plumber came and replaced Thermostat.... service was good
2. Called plumber to replace flush system....the oncall person waisted 30 minutes outside house calling other guy for a part which was not required at my place and then he included those 30 minutes in the time he spent on my place and charhed me for that-----very bad experience
3. Third time it was horrible : The water heater again not working, Called their office, they messed up with my phone # and called to some other guy. I called 4 times to their office and the service coordinator told yes someone will be there but no one showed up till 6 PM. I called again then the lady asked the on call guy to call me. He called me and he said that he did not get any service call for me from his office and if I need to have him fix my heater he will charge after hours rate. So the whole day of followup with Keith Mc Neil company resulted into after hours charges and the guy did not show up till 6:30PM till the time of writing this review.
