Review content:
I had Robbins put laminate flooring down and I had a small problem with it. My willingness to recommend comes from how quickly they came to resolve it. I called them saying how I need for someone to come out here. The installers came out and took care of the problem. Then the salesperson who sold me the product, Jim, came out to make sure everything was okay. I have nothing but high regard for them about how they take care of a customer. How a problem is handled is often more important than the company's work itself.
