Review content:
Lynn Duncan had her 20-some year old daughter, Kristin Duncan, who took a 2 day class preform my eyelash extension procedure.\r
\r
Kristin did not have the appropriate credentials to preform an eye lash extension and drastically messed up the procedure. It resulted in many of my eyelashes becoming glued together and a large portion of my natural lashes being ripped out in clumps after a single evening. The extensions, she carelessly applied, began to twist into my eyes and stab them due to the extreme weight and excessive amount of adhesive used to attach them. \r
\r
I called Lynn Duncan, her mother, for assistance within 20 minutes of the procedure. She refused to help and claimed their business did not have the supplies necessary to remove the extensions, further diminishing her credibility as a reputable extension artist. I simply wanted the painful, damaging lashes removed, no matter the cost, but she continued to argue and did not agree to help. Furthermore, Lynn Duncan refused to acknowledge that Kristin Duncan had messed up the procedure and she refused services for fixing the damage. \r
\r
The experience was very painful and I had to be prescribed an antibiotic because I was at risk for a staph infection in my eyelash cuticles. When I went to a certified professional at a different salon, she was horrified by the results and verified that the technique used to apply my lashes was not the proper technique. After reviewing the Nova Lash website, which Kristin Duncan claimed the brand of extensions came from, it revealed that she did not have the required license or training to use this brand. \r
\r
If you would like professional care do not seek Lynn Duncan's services. Her credentials may seem professional, however, she allows her younger daughter without appropriate training to preform procedures. \r
\r
Additionally the customer service and attitude of Lynn Duncan was more than substandard - it was particularly rude, patronizing, and completely inappropriate for a professional.\r
