12/19/2013: PART 1 REVIEW. I figured if I done my review in stages, that would really keep a company on their toes to ensure I am happy. I just called Finish Line and had the pleasure of speaking with Casey. I have seen their business up on Ridge Rd. for many years and always wanted to stop in. Well. Now I have something I want done, so I am going to give them a try. I spoke with Casey for about 15mins. From start to finish. VERY HELPFUL. I even mentioned too him that I seen a bad review from a customer yet was personally referred to them by my mechanic. So I am willing to give them a try. I will post the next review after I meet with them and go over options for my vehicle. This is the first time I thought of writing reviews in stages. I actually think that is a great idea and anyone that reads this should do the same thing and put them on notice up front that you will be writing reviews. I own a company that concentrates on customer service beyond your imagination. That's why I personally hold companies to the grindstone in return. \r

PART II: 12/30/2013: Ok, here is my review after going to Finish Line to get a remote starter installed. 1. Right when I approached the desk area, they acknowledged that I was there and said they would be with me in a moment. I hung out there for an hour looking at different things and noticed they engaged every customer that came in. ALSO noticed the way they spoke to many customers as it seems most of them were repeat customers and had a great relationship with the store. They took about 2-3hrs. to finish the job. They deserve the 5 star rating as they lived up to what I have heard about them. The only thing I might suggest is that they pull some of the older packaging off the walls because you can tell some of the stuff has been sitting there for years. (Not a bad thing, just something I noticed). My wife LOVES the remote starter. You have to get used to it as she said it was not working, yet when I showed her how to properly use it. It has worked flawlessly. I even literally walked all the way down to the end of our block and called my wife to test how far we could start it from. It started up super quick from really far away. Yet I noticed that it would not shut it back down from a distance, only works turning it on from a distance. Thanks Finish Line. You were very professional.
