Review content:
As a local remodeling contractor, we have had a very bad experience dealing to Aspen Cabinetry and very disappointed. In general, repeated delays from day one after paying 100% for a few custom cabinets to be made for a customer remodel project, saw no communications to status, 4 week time frame turning into 11 + weeks, and in the end, problems with the entire cabinet layout and functionality that Mr. Kunik tried to downplay and blame on our business; despite we provided details, measurements and specs before hand, and I personally met with Kris Kunik originally to establish what I thought a long lasting business relationship to benefit our remodeling business and trusted customers. He originally solicited my business over a year ago selling his cabinetry shop/services, and we needed a new custom cabinet resource recently and gave them a chance. Several contacts to them for our finished cabinetry over many weeks saw unanswered voicemails and e-mails, incompleted bases/frames and later supplied hardware, doors, slides, etc which they told us we would have to install ourselves in the field! They wanted to then charge us additionally to complete cabinet doors and associated hardware that was not done for almost 2 weeks after the bases were given to us. Paperwork never happened as promised either.\r

Since this is an ongoing potential legal matter at this point, sad to say, the delays from Aspen and incompleted cabinetry has affected our customer's holiday plans and also caused our work schedule to be pushed back affecting even other customers' holiday plans and deadlines we were contractually under to meet and could not now due to the unbelievable amount of problems and delays we have experienced dealing to Aspen Cabinetry.\r

The shop guys were good and only operated as they were told to do and when we arrived there the first time we were promised all cabinets ready, and found they were not, it was evident the shop guys were not aware of the project and admitted only to starting the week prior on limited instruction from Mr. Kunik..
