Ari came to my house, and appraised the problem, which was dry wall, and ceiling collapse. Ari provided me with an estimate of the costs, and over a hand shake the deal was laid in stone. The Everlast construction crew arrived the next day, you couldn't make them work any fast if you lit them on fire, cause they already were working at a smoking speed. I estimated it could be a two day job, but with in 1 day, the job was done and they did a superb job. This in itself does not make one ethical and/or excellent, it was the other things that Ari provided, it was that second effort. Ari pointed out an issue with the plumbing, and had it corrected. they installed a correct pendant lighting box without playing the well, will have to charge you game. For me it is so difficult to allow strangers in my house; however, I know any future issues that I have with my house Everlast general contractors is who I will call. I hate to sound like an advertisement for them, it's just for a month I have been dealing with ineptitude at a grand scale, where there has been no second effort, and hardly a first.
