Flooring Depot, terrible, the owner changes everything on you, even the square feet and the price. He charges your credit card without your authorization, it does not matter if the contract states 3 payments, placing the order, upon delivery and after completion. Joe Prizzi, the owner charged my credit card twice without my authorization and without starting the job. He will tell you that the work is bigger in size or square feet when in fact is not, he did not deliver all the material I was charged for, but he insisted that his measurement guy told him that the size of my work was bigger than what the other estimates stated. He delivered less material than I was charged and in fact I even had extra material, but he just wanted to charge me for the wrong measurements from his ""measurement company"" , I had to dispute my credit card for this Becareful, his workers will charge extra money for work or material they said the owner did not include in the estimate. Please do your homework before you hire anyone, check all the internet for the company and owner reviews.
