I got poor customer service (no return calls when I left voicemails specifically asking for a return call, for example) and recently they did work on one of my trees without even calling and scheduling an appointment (although they claimed to have called, I checked my records and didn't find one). They also had me write a check directly to the owner, rather than the company, so they could have a party. Or so the tree trimmer told me. Also, be aware that they will charge you the processing fee on top of the quote if you want to use a credit card to pay them. Not worth the okay-at-best work that they did.
