Stay away!!! Something drastic has happened/changed here. We have gone here probably 30 times over the last few years. Have even brought our kids and grandkids here and have enjoyed the food and service just about every time. Not this time. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and my wife ordered the Almond ""Fried"" Chicken dinners. The chicken in my meal just tasted off. The Almond ""Fried"" chicken that my wife ordered was mushy, soggy and was like pancake batter. We notified the server and said that this is different from what we usually get. She says ""No, it is not different, this is the way it always is"". I looked her straight in the face and said we come here a lot, and this is not the same. My wife then took her fork and literally wiped the batter/coating off the chicken to show her. She promptly took it away, not asking us what we wanted. By that time, I am in no way going to risk what would happen to that meal (or another one if we ordered it) coming out of the kitchen so I decided that I would pay for my meal (all three bites of it) but not my wife's. The gentleman apologized but it was more of the quick kind to get us out of the restaurant before the other customers heard. You would think he would have comped my three bite meal but sadly instead, no. He swiped my cc quickly and gleefully rang me up for $13 for a meal that really sucked. We had really enjoyed this place in the past but what a response when we had an issue with the meal. Very unbelievable but our margin of error for places like this is very small with all the other restaurants out there. Won't be back because of a horrible food service/quality and even poorer customer service when they were alerted that there was an issue.
