I worked for Quick Weight Loss Center for three years, and I can honestly say that the program is overpriced and a waste of time and money. The nutritional plan is unrealistic and while you might lose weight quickly, it returns even faster once you're off the program. At the time I worked there, clients were made to take over 20 pills a day, drink mixes, teas, and protein supplements. The cost of the products alone is over $500 a month! Save yourself the time and angst; join Weight Watchers and a good gym or exercise program. You might lose a little slower, but in the long run it will stay off and you'll be happier (and have saved yourself a lot of money).
