Kayla our Renters Warehouse Leasing Placement Agent did an outstanding job working with my wife and I to successfully execute a lease agreement with respectable tenants. Kayla took time to walk through both the Renters Warehouse Tenant Placement Agreement and the Renters Warehouse Lease Agreement in detail with me; Kayla answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed throughout our conversation. Kayla was quick to respond out our messages. Kayla gave us ample notification to schedule showings of our property; Kayla respected our privacy and instead of giving her keyed access to our property, we were there to let her in for the showings. Within two (2) weeks and only two (2) showings, Kayla provided us with satisfactory applicants. We did have about one (1) week of down time where the applicants did not respond to the multiple messages left by Kayla; we think they may have had cold feet; however, Kayla worked with us and came up with a plan to give the applicants a specific deadline or Kayla would need to start showing the property to interested prospects; it was just before the deadline that the applicants finally made a decision to sign a lease with us. Kayla was an excellent resource and consultant when we had specific questions. Kayla wasted no time getting the lease agreement executed by all parties. Kayla followed up with us after the lease agreement was executed and notified us that she would always be available for us to assist with any questions. Kayla saved us a lot of hassle and worked well for us; I would definitely work with Kayla again in the future as well as recommend Kayla to others!
Even though we only had verbal and email communication since I was not available when you came to our property, it was a pleasure working with you!
