they did a great job!!! I knew from the beginning this was the company I wanted to hire... over the phone this really nice lady answered, with a great tone of voice and a lot of knowledge. she had an answer for all of my questions and very good answers at that. I booked an apt with them for a next day. when the tech came out (on time) they scoped out the carpet and performed a couple of test in front of me to show me how the carpet would look. I like the price and I liked how the carpet looked. I said yes, and before I knew it they were done with the cleaning. I looked at my carpet and it looked brand new. thanks to their hard working techs and all their skills my carpet looked so much better than I was hoping it would.\r
