Horrible customer service! Went in the other day to discuss data issues and the customer service I received was beyond exceptable. Not only was the rep rude, sarcastic, completely useless but he pretty much shrugged his large shoulders and did nothing. While attempting to point out my data trouble, at some point he said ""oh ya I just started working yesterday and I know nothing"". Not once did he try to be helpful by looking up information or even try to attempt diagnostic tests on the phone. He pretty much suggested to switch to a motorola instead of my iPhone since iPhones reportedly have terrible service in my area (didnt seem to make a difference that I had excellent service till a few months ago and that my husband also has an iPhone with Sprint that has great service). He said ""try to go for quality instead of just the name"" suggesting that all I care about was having an iPhone. Yep, he's a genius. Basically the only option he left me with was ""dial *2"". Like I said...really useful information. (Unfortunately, I dont know the rep's name. Only that he was a moderately obese African American gentleman with a ""charming"" personality). Looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks Sprint!
