Worst contractor experience in 20 years. Completes half the job and then blows off 4 rescheduled appointments again and again without even a call. No replies to phone calls or texts for a week only to say call later. Has every excuse in the book. Waste of time and energy. Job is incomplete after 3 months. Is that enough time to say enough ?
