I searched around and read lots of reviews before selecting Taylormade Landscapes. Jamel was very professional and was personable. You could tell he isn’t in it just for the money, but yet because he loves what he does. He took the time to come out several occasions and walk our lot, discuss options, and show us drawings. Not being a native of Las Vegas, I wasn’t sure what would do good in my backyard. He gave lots of options and was able to provide impressive knowledge about all the plants. He had lots of pictures of his work and what plants looked like to make it easier for us to understand. We were able to work out a price and felt happy. The crew that showed up to our house was professional and dressed in company clothes. They all had shirts on that said what company they worked for and they always had someone that spoke English, which was big for us. We had a newborn in the house and when they were using equipment, they took the time to knock on the door and make sure it was ok with us to make loud sounds. I wish everyone was this nice. I received emailed pictures each day of the work completed, which was fun to just have. Work started on time and ended on time. Once everything was put in, Jamel walked everything and made sure we were happy with the work that was done. We had lighting, pavers, palm trees, plants, sprinklers, sod, rock, and boulders put in. We had everything installed in August. So far we have had only one issue with a tree that Jamel is taking care of in the spring. Otherwise things look great. I am willing to provide pictures if you would like to see some work. Thank you very much Jamel and team for making our experience so easy and pleasant.
