I went to Aspen dental because I had no dental insurance... They offered a credit plan which I had for 18 months... With no interest... Well the offer runs out in January 2014... If I don't pay the last 480.00 by then I will have to pay almost 800 in interest... I had a root canal done... The dentist cracked the root when he was doing the root canal... Didn't know it until about 3 weeks later... But the filling he pit in only lasted 3 days... I called to have him se me on a Friday.. I was leaving for vacation the next day... I was told to go to the drug store and buy temporary filling .... That had to be replaced almost daily... Came back from the trip and the root was found to be cracked... Which I'm sure the dentist did while drilling out the root... The tooth had to be pulled .... My total aspen experience cost about 2800.00... One would think I would have been compensated somehow ... But no I had to pay full price ... Their due scaling is also a farce... What they did was nothing more than my regular dentist does at a regular cleaning... I for one would not go to aspen again even if it was free!!!! There were some dentists and staff that I liked... But the guy that did my root canal!!!! didn't like him at all.... Wonder if he is still there?????
