I've used a couple of other companies and Full Steam Ahead blew it out of the water with their service. They're very friendly, professional, and offer incredible service. I was overwhelmed by how well they cleaned my carpet. With the other companies that I used, there were always spots that were missed, etc. but not with Full Steam Ahead.
Everything was put back exactly how it was supposed to be. The demonstration that they showed me afterwards of everything that came out of my carpet was remarkable. They were also cheaper than any other company that I've used. Color me impressed.
