Been going to Klein for all services with our vehicle since 2008. Happy almost all the time. Not 5 stars bc the intake person did not note to the technician the problem with the engine noise. He brushed over with his response when I asked about it at the end of the oil change. It was not mentioned in the diagnostic report that it was addressed. Would have liked a more thorough examination and honest response. Lauren, the shuttle driver, was awesome! Excellent customer service from her. Helped with load and unload the baby stroller and my things. Quick and proactive! Live her!
