Review content:
Called to have them install a heat pump, they were great said they were licensed to install in my county and would take care of all the Rebate paper work if I upgraded. Well first day went semi well, but repairing the damage they did during instasllation, the work they did was shoddy, install a intake filter by cutting a hole in the wall only to flush one side leaving a rough cut drywall to be blow into the air handler, instead of adding more wire for the unit they just ripped vinyl covered drywall and realizing they had to remove air handler to patch they attempted to cover a foot area with lumpy patch and crushed broken drywall below. They wasted days coming back 3 times trying to figure out how to cover the front, leaving 10 minutes later, yet no fixing the damage.
They pulled the wrong license, did not follow county requirement and cost me a month on the phone with the kindly help of the local electric company to straighten out their mess.
