Repeat customer of now former customer. Summary: They are arrogant, disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional. I Took daughter in to buy violin, the sales guy was arrogant and condescending. Talked to us like we where stupid, but I bought anyway. Got a new Limited edition Keith Urban guitar for Christmas. Its not hi quality by any means. Wanted to make some upgrades to get the most out of it. The sales guy said its not worth upgrading, referred to it as a cheap guitar. I said I know it is but I read rev7ews on what's needed to get the most out of it, I.e. upgraded tuning pegs, tuusq saddle and tusq nut. I told him all the Ku guitars have issues a out staying in tune. I said the reviews suggested upgrading the tuning pegs. He said the first thing is this guitar is so dry. I told him its a brand new guitar. He says this is not anew guitar. Wow I said that it was, and I he said you should send it back. I went in there to get\r parts and not only did I leave without parts, he dissd my limited issue guitar, and lost all my future business. My wife bought me a gift card for the parts. She called them and asked if she could get my money back, due to my multiple negative experiences. The guy asked was he just in here with the guitar. She said yes and asked if we could return the card and get our money back. The guy said yes then hung up on her. WHo are these people and how do they stay in business? I am a new musician and no doubt will be making future purchases however none will be from Dorsey Music Ever. I have a Taylor guitar that I was going go take in for servicing but thats not going to happen. I understand a sales person having a bad day, but my experience has never been good in there. Very unhappy customer.
