Of all my experience in salons, this was the absolute WORST ...but by FAR! My hair is absolutely ruined. I was given Andy's name on a recommendation. I arrived on time. They asked me to come back in 1/2 hour since he was late. He cut my hair, it was ok but nothing special. I decided to let him do Yuko straightening on my hair. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! He burned my hair after he forgot that he made an appointment to do Yuko. He did a 1/2 assed job because he had scheduled others in one after the other. He didn't have time to do my hair properly. But not only did he not have time, he used all the wrong equipment. His equipment was old not good for hair straightening. I've been doing Yuko for more than 10 years but he didn't do it like the others who have done it. When I got home and washed my hair 3 days later as required and the straightening didn't work. Not only did it not work, it FRIED my hair. So, to show how absolutely stupid I am, I decided to try and let him fix it. He charged me another $100 to try to fix it but it only made it 1000 times worse and gave me a full head of frizzy burned horrible hair. My hair is now like African American hair around most of my head. The only thing I can do is wait for my hair to grow out a full head of new hair in order to have decent hair again. It's been more than 5 months since I let Andy try to repair my hair and I kick myself every morning when I do my hair at how stupid I was to let this salon touch my hair. I regret this decision every day of my life at the moment!\r
