Mistakes happen, professionalism, though, is sorely lacking at this establishment. All customer service does is serve to perpetuate the notion of a careless stoner with no ethics.\r

A previous poster wrote of his shame in having to ask to speak to a manager, and the expected abuse he'd receive if he ever asked because this is a store for ""grown ups"".\r

This is exactly the sort of defeatist mentality that will lead to such lackluster help from people paid to work. I don't care if it's a smoke shop, a Target or a high end French Bistro. \r

As long as the customer is respectful, the customer deserves respect. And should not be ashamed to speak up for him or herself if this service is lacking. \r

This is regardless of whether or not you and your cashier are like minded.\r

I bought a vaporizer from this store. I asked about replacement screens. I asked if they'd show me how to replace the screen. (I spent $200.00 on this piece of equipment and wanted to know how to use it properly- similar to buying a guitar from a music store and asking about guitar strings.) Once there I was told they would not show me how to insert the screen, AND that they had no strings of the sort...\r

In retrospect, I should have asked for the owners name because the manager was the person entertaining my inquiries and he was in no state of mind to be helpful. I had to call the retailer in California for proper directions and screens.\r

I just thought I'd interject this experience since I noticed a reviewer attempting to bash other people for posting negative reviews about their experience with this store.
