Review content:
If I could leave a negative star I would. I purchased two Office Max brand HP ink cartridges and neither of them worked in my HP printer. It gave me an expired error and would not print until I removed them. I tried to return them to the store however since 30 days had passed they said it was outside the return period. I tried in vane to argue that this was a defective product and as such it is a warranty issue however they claimed there was not warranty over the 30 days.\r
\r
I am pretty sure this is a violation of the FTC and the Consumer Protection Act as well.\r
\r
The person in the store also claims to have called the regional manager - Taffani Cotney who apparently agreed not to support me - the customer.\r
\r
Our entire office will be taking our business to Office Depot now.
