UNRELIABLE!!!!!\r
I have never had problems with Marc (the owner) before this year. I ordered some firewood by email on November 23rd to be delivered as soon as he had an opening. After many calls saying ""tomorrow!"", ""sorry, tomorrow"" or my personal favorite ""We are on our way!!!"" it is now Dec 17th and I have yet to receive any wood OR a phone call stating that they wouldn t be able to make it when promised (several times). When I would try to call to find out what happened, he wouldn t answer the phone, but magically answered when I blocked caller id, or called from a different phone. I know that this is a busy time, but don t say you can do the job or better yet that you are actually on your way when you can t get it done. Thats just good business. Now everyone is booked solid through the holidays and as I m 37 weeks pregnant, I can t go and pick it up myself. Thanks for nothing Marc De Laporte and Woodvendors.
