I was expecting more limb removal. The trees are still pretty full which means I will have to consider pruning again very soon.

Our Arborist use strict standards during our pruning procedures. Not many homeowners know this (I apologize if my representative didn't discuss this), but it is recommended to not remove more than 25 live growth during one growing season. We appreciate your concern and please know that we would be happy to work with you again. Most tree species perform well for years after the initial pruning.
