Review content:
I've never really had a bad experience with these guys since I've been going there but this last time I was told when I picked my truck up that I had a nail in the front left tire and that was it. But when I got home and read the receipt it said I needed new brakes, rotors, a crank seal was leaking and my transmission cooling lines were leaking. These were all repaired elsewhere not six months ago. So I called and asked if they updated the issues or just keep the same ones on file regardless, I was told that unless they personally fix the issues it will remain in their system. I was under the impression that they did a visual inspection every time, so if these things didn't need to be fixed any longer why would it still print out in my receipt? I was a bit frustrated by this because that was $1200 worth of work done. So now I have to the truck back to my much cheaper family mechanic and see if these same issues need to be repaired again because who knows at this point, I don't know if they even looked at these things or not...I feel this is not a good business practice at all. If something isn't in need of repair regardless of who did the repair, they shouldn't be telling me it still needs to be fixed on my receipt.
