All-Star Chem-Dry really put me at ease when I was at my wit's end. I am the type of person who is very particular about her home, so you can imagine how devastated I was when there was some severe water damage in my home. I think Shelly of All-Star Chem-Dry was my soul mate through this whole situation. As a woman, she could really relate to the stress I was feeling and to the way I wanted my house to be. I can't imagine anyone going through what I went through and not having a calm presence like her around. She was just a sweetheart.
The crew worked for 3-4 days, starting with the dehumidifying process. They tore out the floors and set up enormous turbo fans. At first I didn't know how I would survive all that work in my own home, but I felt so comfortable and secure knowing that she and/or John would be at my house every day to verify that everything was happening to their standards and according to protocol.
Shelly made absolutely sure that all of the moisture was completely dried out and ready for the flooring contractor to install the new carpeting. Nothing went unnoticed! They will come back after the new flooring is put in to finish the job. I don't expect their quality to change, and I fully trust that they will do another efficient, professional job.
Everyone I have dealt with has been polite and courteous. I am very grateful that Shelly and her crew were the ones to serve me. This was the biggest investment I have ever made, but they took the time to understand and respond to my needs. I really appreciated that. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
