I'm very happy with Steam clean professionals for three reason, #1. they accommodated all of my needs, for example making sure to send a tech at a time that was convenient for me and my schedule. #2. sending professional techs whom came prepared to do any type of work, and were very professional they started the cleaning but before that they made sure to give me my set price. #3. for giving me the best results possible, no more stains. They used all green solutions to do so, which was impressive. The carpets look amazing. If you asked me if I would call them again, I would say YES!!!!! great work, professional, and to the point.\r
