DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE OR AUSTIN AUTO EXCHANGE IN AUSTIN, TX! These people are crooks and are unprofessional in how they conduct business! They should be shut down for operating a shady business like this. They sell junk cars that don't work and have problem after ONLY 3 days of being purchased. Haskell Griffin is the owner and Serena Santana (owner's daughter too!) & Dwight Williams are the manager. WORST management EVER, same goes with their customer service. If you like being treated like SH1T then go ahead & buy from here. Marilyn is a dog and a fat cow who sits on her fat butt at her tiny desk and pretends to be someone important! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET YOUR @SSHOLE RIPPED OFF! I returned the vehicle I purchased and received my full refund only because I complained and threatened to sue! I went to a BETTER dealer *cough*APPLE SPORT IMPORTS*cough* and bought a pre-owned WITH warranty car and the salesman was absolutely phenomenal and so were all their other customer service people. NEVER GO TO AAE OR GRIFFIN MOTORS TO BUY A CAR!
