Review content:
Having been an avid bicyclist in the past, I felt the need to return to riding. When I did so I turned to Elk Grove Cyclery to get me back on the road.
I very much like the vast product line that they carry. Their are many different brands and types of bicyles out there. The staff asked me what type of riding I would be doing the majority of the time.
From their we picked out a few models according to how much I wanted to spend, because their are the beginner bikes and then there are the very expensive ones for pros.
Next, they measured me to "fit" me to the frame size that would best suit me and make my riding experience fun and physically rewarding.
I was also allowed to take the bike on the road to see how I liked its feel and response in different road conditions. Other bike shops that I have been to never even offered this. From what I was told at the shop, different bikes feel and respond different when riding. It definitely helped me to choose the right bike.
