Erminio just finished tiling our half bath. I am very particular when it comes to home remodeling and do not like contractors as they usually show up late, don't show or do jobs the way
they want them. Erminio is the
exception. The day I called him he
returned my call. We set up a time to
review the job, 2 days later, he was there at the time we agreed, he gave me a written quote,we agreed on price,
signed the deal. He showed up on the
agreed start date, on time.First thing
he did was set up plastic all around
to protect the house. He asked
questions when there was any possible
areas of "grey zone" and proceeded to
tile the bathroom in exactly the time
frame he estimated. The job was
completely done in marble, and it is exquisite. I am completely satisfied.
Erminio is a true craftsman and his
work is second to none. I will use him
again and with no hesitation would
recommend his work to even the most
discriminating customer.Great job
