Review content:
The sub-contractor used for the sanding and polishing of the floors has done an excellent job.
Just disappointed with the follow up customer service by Advanced Flooring. Not very courteous on the phone when we paid the final balance and the "special" mop that was promised, was never dropped off.
Most important are of course the floors, but it's a shame that customer service didn't follow through.
