I had my highlighted at the Fayetteville, AR location on August 19th. I was not 100% sure what I wanted and I wasn't doing the best at explaining it to my hair stylist. After all, this is only the 2nd time in my 30 years on this earth that I have had my hair colored... and I was pretty nervous. She was not afraid to go grab an educator and asking her for help. Once we got it all figured out, Misty (my stylist student) went to work. She was so confident and that made me feel a lot better. She stopped and had the educator come by when she needed, chatted with me, made sure I was ok, and just made me feel so comfortable. Once the foiling was done, and I had to sit for a bit, she took a break (after ok'ing it with me) and then came right back to me to make sure I was still ok. She kept checking my foils and getting more and more excited about the color we had chose. She was REALLY excited which in turn made me even more excited.
