I've sat here reading all the comments posted and can not believe people are willing to protect their life and home with a company who are clearly not the best with customer service. And why should they be? After some digging around I found the family comes from a used carlot background (that's their selling practice) they were at my house and refused to leave when they met with my wife. I rush home and nearly had to kick this guy out my house. As for CHEAP i got quotes from 10 other companies. All the national companies were around 22 to 30 and all the local companies 15 to 19 per month. 7.50 please! That should be your first flag. " Its 7.50 but you have to by a maintaince contract and you have to pay a year in advance" any company that requires a year up front usually doesn't give a damn about customer service until another contract is needed to be signed. So in short make your own judgement. Any friend or family member can write a good review but very rarely do they write a poor
