Horrible. I have rented through them twice! As if I didn't learn my lesson the first time! Actually what happened was they reported the first time that I owed them money to the credit bureau's even after I paid it all in full and got a receipt they never reported the payment so I couldn't rent anywhere else. I fought for 6 months to get it taken off my credit history! Anyway, fast forward.. me n my husband were newlyweds ready to get out on our own feet, we rented a place as a temporary residence until I got everything straightened up with the credit bureaus and this place was horrible. It smelled bad the carpets smelled like mold. Even after written complaints they didn't do anything. We stayed over a year in this apartment. The bathroom was full of mold and a shelf in the kitchen fell and broke dishes we got as a wedding gift and they didn't even care. They offered to fix their faulty shelf but not replace the glasses at all. Anyway moving time came. I cleaned everything. Spotless cleaner than it was when we moved in! They had the audacity to charge me $60 for a cleaning fee. For mopping and cleaning the tub which pictures show, everything cleaned. After showing Debbie (the slum lord herself ) the pictures she still refused to reimburse me! Even charged me $125 for paint. Paint t they have gallons and gallons extra sitting around anyway but the best part about that was they didn't have to paint because of my doing they had to paint because of the tenant before me AND she even acknowledged that after I showed pictured of their crappy paint job originally. So after this being said I will never rent through them again and I would hope somebody reads this and takes it serious please please please!! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL FIND ANY REASON TO KEEP YOUR MONEY. My name is Rachael, I was screwed by this company dont let them screw u too!
