Where to begin... I had service done there a month or so ago, and now the same problem is occurring. I had thought about going back, but they were the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever dealt with that I decided to go somewhere else. I took my car to another automotive repair place and told them what problem I was having, they checked it out and came back asking if someone had recently worked on the car. I said yes and they showed me what they found. I looked underneath the car as it was on one of those lift things and saw that there were missing bolts. And in one instance, the bolt that was missing had a plastic zip tie holding it in place!! WHAT THE HECK??!! The gave me a discount because of the crap I had to deal with and apologized (even thought they had nothing to do with it) saying that a bad mechanic makes all mechanics look bad. I will, obviously, never go back to Dave's and will continue to spread the above story to whoever I come across. Shame on you guy
