Review content:
I planned for weeks to take my fiance parasailing. I booked this surprise at the Timer Cove Marina location in south shore, and arrived early as they asked to fill out paperwork as they requested. We met all of their requirements, and we went along with another couple who we did not know. The fact that we had to share this experience with someone else was not conveyed to us at the time of our booking.
When we got out to the middle of the lake, the captain's assistant, who had no experience, asked us which one would like to go first while the other couple was already up in the air. We told him that we only wanted to go up together. He talked it over with the 'captain' - Neil who said that there was not enough wind to take the both of us up in the air. We protested this, as there was already another couple in the air, but he would not budge on his decision. He wasted an hour of our time and we ended up going back to the pier without so much as an apology.
I was issued a refund,
