Review content:
About once a year I forget to put my cable bill in the night drop on time so I?ll have to go pay it in person and write them a different check with the $5 late fee. It?s my fault and I deserve to have to pay that $5. Well, just like clockwork, a few months ago I did it again. So here I go to pay it in person and give the money to miss personality that works the drive thru window. Their late fee on my $60 cable bill had gone up to $7.50. What? Ok, whatever, I blew it off! Now, fast forward to today: I don't have a lot of time anymore to watch tv so I called them and cancelled my HBO. It cost me $2.95 to ?make a change to my account?! Huh? The only reason I?ve stayed with TCTV is because I try to shop local. Plus, I wanted to be able to watch our local INTV channel, which I can now watch online. I guess I just expect my small town neighbors, whom I choose to do business with, will show me the same respect and try to keep my business. I won?t cancel my cable right now simply
