My experience with Best was wonderful. The salesperson was very informative, I was able to see not only the different windows available but I actually got to tour the factory to see the windows being made. Their price was a bit higher than most, but only by a few hundred at most and they are well worth it. The installers worked quickly and I can't say enough for the results. The windows look perfect inside and out. In all the contractors I've hired and all the jobs I've had done I've never had such a positive experience. Not only did they do a fabulous job but they also left everything perfectly clean. This is the only job I've had done that I literally didn't have to do ANYTHING when they left. I didn't have to redo the woodwork, I didn't have to caulk anything, I didn't have to paint, I didn't even have to vacuum!
PROS: Good customer service, fair prices, quality windows, experienced installers
