Years ago they used to be somewhat pleasant to deal with. I used to take all my black tie items and designer clothes there. When I decide to purge my closet I just want the stuff gone. Well, I would take a huge rolling rack full of Carmen Marc Valvo and Ralph in to these ladies and they would look down their nose if there was a little deodorant on the arm hole of an $800 dress and put it in the "NO" pile. I'm not spending $20 to dry clean something I'm giving away. A friend of mine who works at Susie's in Aspen says they just use baby wipes to get rid of those little stains. Then after they had picked the cream of the crop from my pile they wanted me to lug the 3/4 of what they didn't want back home. No thanks!
