Review content:
All my sewer lines showed signs of being stopped up leaving the house. I called the Fayetteville, NC plumber, Roto-Rooter at approximately 11:00am. They arrived approximately 1 hour later and identified where the main sewer line was stopped up. This only took as long as it took Roto-rooter perfectional to setup his equipment. He found the problem at the demarcation point where PWC and my property line meet. He identified the exact spot and the depth. I was amaze at how quickly the Roto-rooter perfectional arrived and identified where and what was causing the sewer line to clog up. And to top it off he without and delay contacted PWC of the problem and that it appeared to be on PWC side of the demarcation point. Roto-Rooter and PWC got together and verified exactly the depth and distance from the street man hole the clog portion of the pipe was. Using their optical TV monitor saw that a tree root was the cause. PWC called and scheduled a crew to come out and replace the pipe the next day. Thanks Roto-Rooter (James). During the holiday part of the year you did a great job. I and my wife did not experience any lost of service during this work. This I rate as a five STAR JOB !!! *****
